How to make a claim
If during a period of the eyewear cover your glasses are damaged by a cause covered by this eyewear policy, you must visit the practice from where you purchased the glasses or any practice within their retail group in Australia. Please take along your glasses, including all the damaged or separated parts, and the eyewear policy certificate. We will then arrange for your glasses to be repaired or replaced, subject to the terms and conditions of this eyewear policy.
What if I changed my mind?
You are entitled to a full refund if, within 14 days of purchase, you cancel the eyewear policy, providing there have been no claims under the eyewear policy during the period of cover. Simply return the Eyewear Policy Certificate along with the original till receipt to the practice where you purchased it from, within 14 days of purchase, and a full refund will be given.
